after-sale service:

During the warranty period, all non-human quality problems shall be borne by our company, and the maintenance expenses shall be borne by our company. After the main parts of the goods are replaced within the warranty period, the warranty period of the goods shall be recalculated. After a year of maintenance, the maintenance cost of spare parts is charged. All original spare parts and spare parts of the equipment are provided with preferential price for life;

Software upgrade is provided free of charge for special equipment, and the operator is trained or instructed free of charge during the upgrade process.

After the arrival, installation and commissioning of the equipment are qualified, it shall be calculated from the date when both parties sign for confirmation;

Our company has special after-sales service personnel to establish user files, conduct irregular return visits to the demander's equipment, take the initiative to follow up and provide dynamic services, check the operation of the equipment, and find out problems and hidden dangers in time;
